The Story Behind Koa Shore

Like you, I was tired of skincare products that promised the world and delivered nothing but confusion. Expensive bottles that smelled clinical. Ingredient lists I couldn't pronounce. Products that claimed to be "natural" but were packed with synthetic chemicals.

I knew there had to be a better way. 

While researching harmful ingredients in food, I stumbled across something our ancestors knew all along: beef tallow. For centuries, it was trusted for cooking and skincare because it simply worked. I learned that tallow is biocompatible with human skin—rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, plus fatty acids that mirror our skin's natural composition. 

When I tried it, the difference was immediate. My skin felt nourished, moisturized, and healthy. But there was one problem: I still had to layer on barrier care separately, and the smell wasn't exactly pleasant.

That's why I created Koa Shore. 

I wanted an all-in-one solution that combined the incredible benefits of grass-fed beef tallow with natural skin barrier support from non-nano zinc oxide. Something lightweight, beautifully scented, and genuinely effective. Skincare that doesn't make you choose between health and convenience. 

Koa means warrior in Hawaiian, representing strength and resilience. Shore evokes the beach, nature, and getting back to basics. Together, it's daily defense that's actually natural.
